Mr. Kenneth W. Arnold is President and Senior Consultant with Arnold Business Enterprises LLC -- a general business, accounting, and human resource management consulting concern located in Gurnee, Illinois. He and his wife, Susan Arnold, fully established this firm around the time of Mr. Arnold’s departure in February, 1998, from directing Employee Benefits for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. – a fortune 100 financial services firm. Previous to his thirteen years of management within Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., Mr. Arnold was a Consulting Analyst with William M. Mercer – the largest employee benefits consulting firm in the world. Mr. Arnold has been a presenter at various national human resources conferences and a national advisor to Employee Benefits Expo – the largest annual gathering of employee benefits professionals in the nation. He has also been quoted in the Employee Benefits News and The Wall Street Journal on various benefits issues and in both 2006 and 2008, ran for the United States Congress in the 8th District of Illinois. Mr. Arnold graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Business with both BS and MBA degrees in General Business Administration from that institution. Mr. Arnold also attended the Indiana University School of Law. In addition to Mr. Arnold’s over 25 years experience and the above degree programs, Mr. Arnold has received the postgraduate certifications of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) from the Wharton School of Business and the Society for Human Resources Management, respectively.

Ms. Susan M. Arnold is owner, CEO and Senior Consultant with Arnold Business Enterprises LLC -- a general business, accounting, and human resource management consulting concern located in Gurnee, Illinois. She and her husband, Kenneth W. Arnold, CEBS, SPHR; fully established this firm around the time of Mr. Arnold’s departure in February, 1998, from directing the Employee Benefits function for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. – a fortune 100 financial services firm. Ms. Arnold has over 25 years experience in Administration, Accounting, and Business Management. Ms. Arnold has worked as the Director of Finance and Administration for Lake County’s privately owned Manpower franchise (effectively operating the entire, multi-state business in its various facets). Previous to this, Ms. Arnold was an Executive Assistant within T. P. Laboratories – the premier manufacturer of orthodontic appliances in the nation; rated and established insurance plans with Hardgrave Insurance, and worked in the customer service department of Whirlpool Corporation. Ms. Arnold graduated from the Krannert School of Business of Purdue University with a BS degree in Management and a concentration in Accounting. She, previous to this, also obtained an Associate Arts Degree in Secretarial Science from the same institution. Both Ms. Arnold’s Associate and BS degree programs were obtained while she worked full-time at T. P. Laboratories.
